Pom Pom Garland

Pin it here.

We’re adding a garland to this year’s Valentine’s Day mantle! This was a fun project, especially since Clara was excited to help me out.

Supplies needed:

  • yarn
  • pom pom maker
  • hearts cut out of sparkly scrapbook paper
  • scissors
  • tape

I hired Clara to make the pom poms for me since she has the fancy pom pom maker. It’s so much easier and quicker to make pom poms this way. {Here’s a tutorial on making them the “old fashioned” way.}

You wrap the yarn around both halves of the maker.

Close it up, cut and tie together.

To make the garland, just cut a piece of yarn as long as you want the garland to be. Tie on the pom poms and attach hearts {I used tape.}

Hang up and ENJOY!
