Here’s another one of Wilda’s Recipes I thought you all might like. {I talk about the recipe book here.} It’s a tasty old-fashioned recipe. Works great for freezer cooking, too!

The recipe has been slightly adapted from the original. We used chicken instead of turkey and olives instead of green pepper and pimento. Since no one in our family loves the taste of mushrooms we used cream of chicken instead of cream of mushroom soup.



  • 1 ½ c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 eggs {beaten}
  • 3 oz. noodles {cooked & drained}
  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • ½ c. sliced olives
  • ¼ c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. sharp cheddar
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

1. Mix milk and soup. Stir in 3 beaten eggs.

2. Mix together next 5 ingredients. Add egg mixture.

3. Poor into greased casserole dish.

4. Top with bread crumbs.

5. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
