I am so excited to share my Grammy’s pecan pie recipe with you. I made it for my father for our Thanksgiving get-together. It was delicious!
This recipe comes from a compilation of recipes that my Aunt Kitty has turned into a cookbook. You can order your copy here.
- 3 Tbs. melted butter
- ¾ c. brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbs. flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 ½ c. dark corn syrup
- 2 ¼ c. chopped pecans
Mix together all ingredients.
Poor into unbaked 9″ pie shell.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for another 35-45 minutes. ENJOY!
