10 meal menu

 

About a month ago, I shared with you the fact that I’m not Superwoman and that I have a wonderful lady cook for us. I thought it might be fun to share what meals I order from her.

Yesterday, we got the car packed up with ingredients and dropped them off at her house.

10 Meal Menu

 

Here’s what she’s making for us.

:: Meatloaf (x2)

:: Stuffed Shells

:: Chicken Pot Pie (x2)

:: Cheese Beef & Noodle Casserole

:: Crispy Chicken Parmesan Casserole

:: Coconut Curry Chicken and Rice

:: Rustic Beef Short Ribs with Mustard Sauce

:: Pork Chop and Bean Cassoulet

:: French Country Style Chicken Stew

 

We’re getting a little adventurous and trying out several new recipes this week. The last six recipes are all out of the Weight Watchers One Pot Cookbook {also available on Kindle} I purchased a while back.

Since one of my goals for the year is to lose weight, I’m glad to have these lower calorie recipes to try. I’ll keep you posted on how well we like these new meals.
