Slow Cooker ~ Dijon Pork Chops

Today, we tried out a new recipe. Slow Cooker Dijon Pork Chops from the Better Homes and Gardens Biggest Book of Slow Cooker Recipes. {I picked this book up at a used bookstore over the Christmas break and already have several recipes picked out to try!}

I liked that this recipe was so easy to put together. You just mix the sauce ingredients, potatoes and onion in a big bowl, dump it into the slow cooker, layer the pork chops on top, and voila…you’re done!

The Verdict

Dijon Pork Chops

The family gives the Dijon Pork Chops two thumbs up! I really enjoyed the potatoes, but thought the consistency of the pork was weird. No one else seemed to notice, so it’s probably just me. The overall flavor was very tasty! {That reminds me, I used cream of celery instead of mushroom soup.} Maybe it would be better with chicken?

Have you tried any new recipes lately? Please share!
