Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. The kid’s and I love making cards and putting together packages for family and friends. We saw a picture of these marshmallow pops and decided to give it a try. We followed the directions found at Glorious Treats.
I was excited to find these heart shaped marshmallows at Walmart for $1.25/bag. They also had the large, pink strawberry marshmallows the recipe calls for in stock.
This project is great for involving kids. Nicholas and Clara did a great job pushing the marshmallows on the lollipop sticks.
We used melted chocolate chips for dipping, (For a less thick consistency, it helps to add a little Crisco.) and red and pink and white sprinkles.
We used floral foam as a drying station.
Here they are all packaged up and ready to go.
I’m so glad we made these marshmallow pops. It was super fun! They were inexpensive, easy to make, and look super cute.
If you enjoyed this post I would be grateful if you pinned it and shared it with friends. Thanks a bunch.
I’d love to stay connected.
