Quick Tip #5 – Bread Crumbs

Ever wonder what to do with those bread heels no one wants to eat? How about using them to make bread crumbs. Bread crumbs are great for meatloaf or meatballs.

I toast the bread in the toaster until it’s super dark and dried out. Then I tear the bread in half and rub two pieces against each other over a bowl. You can use the crumbs right away or store them for later use.
