Meatloaf is a wonderful thing to make ahead and freeze. Today I am making 2 loaves. My meatloaf is always a concotion of things I have on hand. Here’s what I did today.
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- ¼ ketchup
- ¼ breadcrumbs
1. Combine all ingredients and form two loaves and place on baking pan.
2. Spread a little ketchup on top.
3. Bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour.
