Freezing Apples for Pie

In the past, I’ve peeled and cut apples into pie sized pieces, mixed in some Fruit Fresh and bagged them for the freezer. This method works great for pies and apple crisp.

Today, I am freezing apples for pie. I will add the sugar and spices before freezing.
Can’t wait to see how this turns out.

*Update* – I baked the pie for Thanksgiving and it was delicious!
